We can accommodate a wide variety of requests, from standard book rated products to custom plan designs. Flexible benefit allowances and co-payments are also included with our self-funded and fully-insured Medicaid plans.

Visicaid currently accepts a wide range of fee structures. We offer traditional (fee-for-service), or we can customize the medical delivery and fee model to meet the specific needs of the health plan or payer.
